I absolutely adore coords and it has been my mission to purchase myself some for so long now but I’ve never found ones that are absolutely perfect for me. So I thought I’d go on a little online hunt and show you what I came up with…
|CO ORDS AHOY…
My first offering is from Motel (top £22 || skirt £22 = £44). Now I absolutely adore these, they immediately caught my eye and I think they’d be amazing to wear on a night out with some fabulously high platforms. The print is completely gorgeous, but then I feel that Motel never go wrong with their daring style. Love these and at £44 for the whole outfit, I think they’re a steal!
Next are these lovely florals from Warehouse (top £35 || skirt £40 = £75). I just adore the print on these and Warehouse is consistently churning out some beautiful spring, floral prints that I just can’t get enough of. I think these work beautifully together but the skirt is particularly wearable alone. Just so pretty, couldn’t leave these off my list!
Thirdly I spotted these really nice gingham separates in Missguided (top £14.99 || skirt £14.99 = £29.98). These are definitely the cheapest on my list but they are in no way less brilliant to me than any of my other selections. I love this pastel pink colour, very on trend this spring, the hem line of the skirt makes the outfit interesting and the two pieces are certainly wearable as separates. Such a bargain for an entire beautiful outfit.
The next pair come from ASOS, who never fail to disappoint when it comes to suits and coords (jacket £55 || trousers £40 = £95). These are my most expensive find but you should probably consider that here you’re getting an entire suit, so £95 isn’t that bad all things considered. Obviously I love the print and the cut off length of the trousers, but what I think is really interesting about this pair is that the jacket isn’t overly formal. It feels a little slouchy and cool as apposed to the usual sleek blazer shape that we’re used to seeing. I think this is sweet and refreshing!
These cute little pair are petites but I had to include them anyway, from Miss Selfridge (top £45 || shorts £45 = £90). Though I may never be able to own these pair, standing at a tallish 5’9″ I can appreciate how pretty they are. I think one of the things Miss Selfridge is really good at are beautifully beaded garments and these are just so pretty I couldn’t resist. I like how the pattern is so light and understated but still so incredibly intricate and lovely.
And last but by no means least (in honestly these are probably my favourite), this little pair from ASOS (jacket £45 || shorts £25 = £70). First of all I fell in love with the colour and then I noticed the little cut out details on the shorts and I was taen with the whole outfit. I like the simplicity of these, the way the blazer is a little cropped so as to better show of the shorts. I just think these would be the perfect spring/summer little coords and I think I shall conclude my search here!
Let me know if you like my finds and if you’ve found any separates you love.
