Haul ft. Kurt Geiger, Topshop, Boots and Miss Selfridge

august haul

So I went on a little bit of a shopping spree a while ago, featuring Kurt Geiger, Topshop, Miss Selfridge and Boots. I picked up what I thought were some really lovely items and I just thought I’d share them with you all today!

HAUL FT. KURT GEIGER, TOPSHOP, BOOTS AND MISS SELFRIDGE…

carvela black heelscarvela heels

First of all I picked up these Carvela Kurt Geiger Abyss Heels in Black Suedette for £79.00. I was looking for a pair of sensible/comfortable heels because I managed to break the heel of my favourite pair at graduation and I just thought these were really sweet. They’re really comfortable, smart and I absolutely love the low cut at the point of the shoe, it’s just a nice detail.

ringsrings

Next up are these adorable rings. I’m aware I already have far too many but I couldn’t say no to these. The bunny and the love you rings are both from Topshop, £2.50 each and the simple band and the infinity symbol ring are from Miss Selfridge, £2 each. Unfortunately I bought these in the sale so I can’t find any of them on the websites but oh my goodness I’ve just had a look and both sites have some beautiful rings. Check them out over here: Topshop and Miss Selfridge

boots haul

Last but by no means least is my absolutely bargain of a boots haul. So first of all I picked up the Sally Hansen Double Duty Base & Top Coat for £5.25 because I’m super lazy and I really like to use the same top/base coat. I’ve been enjoying this since I bought it, I’d been having trouble with bubbly nails before but this one definitely does the job.

Next up I got the Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stains in 010 LA Exclusive and 030 Milan Moment. These were £7.99 each but on offer at 2 for £10 so worked out at £5 each. I have been waiting for these to come into my local boots for so long (they always seem to be behind and when they do have things I want they are always out of stock!) Firstly can I just say how much I love the packaging of these, they’re slick, well sized and just nice to look at. The smell in the tube isn’t overly pleasant but once it’s dry and on your lips it goes away and is completely inoffensive. I’ve really been enjoying using these, they’re great everyday colours that don’t dry out my lips although the lasting power isn’t great!

From Soap and Glory I got the Archery Brow Tint and Precision Pencil in Hot Chocolate (£8) and the Love at First Blush (£11), but these were on buy one get one half price so I ended up getting them for both  for £15. I love Boots. I’ve been waiting to get my hands on the Archery Pencil for so long (my Boots is always sold out) and oh my goodness this did not disappoint. It’s the perfect colour and it fills in my eyebrows so naturally and easily. This may even rival my trusty Benefit Browzings. The Blush is a blush and highlight all in one. It’s great for my pale skin and I just love the light glow it gives me, two of my new absolute favourite products for sure.

Finally I went for the brushes. Did I need them? No. Did I want them? Yes please. I love buying brushes, my mum thinks it’s weird, is it weird? They’re just so satisfying to use for the first time. Anyway I got the Real Techniques Stippling Brush(£11.99) and the Retractable Lip Brush (£7.99). Again these were on buy one get one half price so they ended up costing me £15.98 for both. That’s not a bad deal in my book. I still haven’t used the lip brush but the stippling brush is fast becoming my favourite method for applying my foundation. It just gives such a natural finish with good coverage.

I ended up saving £13.98 with my Boots purchases… not a bad days work if you ask me. Hope you enjoyed my little Haul. Let me know if you’ve had any bargain shopping moments lately!

xx
