Just sharing with you what I’ve entitled Watercolour Nails, with the method and polishes I used.

I went in first with my base coat and then two solid coats of my white polish. I used a dotting tool painting the coloured dots, one colour at a time. Before the dots dried, I dabbed them with a cotton bud to create the watercolour effect and finished with a top coat.
To create this design I used:
Sally Hansen Double Duty Base and Top Coat
Ciate Snow Virgin
P.S Love Beauty Nail Polish (Hot Pink & Mint)
Tanya Burr Mini Marshmallows
