My 2014 Nail Journey

2014 nail journey

2014 was the year I started to get a little creative with my nail choices. The post will feature some of my favourite polishes of the year but also all the designs I got up to… I just thought I’d collate all of my looks into one post.

MY 2014 NAIL JOURNEY…
rose print nails barry m huckleberry
Spring Floral Vintage Style Nails full tutorial featuring Barry M Baby Pink, Christian Dior Simply Pink, Zoya Tangy and P.S. Love Beauty. I was completely obsessed with this Barry M polish in Huckleberry throughout Spring 2014.
tanya burr mini marshmallows primark spotty nails
Another Spring favourite was Tanya Burr’s Mini Marshmallows. The perfect everyday nude/pink shade.  Primark Spotty Nails featuring P.S. Love Beauty Polishes and Nail Pens.
asda nail polish ciate caviar polish
Another polish I picked up this year was this Periwinkle colour from Asda. Not something I’d usually go for, but love the tone of this. I did a little review of the  Ciate Caviar Mother of Pearl Set and got a bit creative with my colour choices.

bloody nails watercolour nails
This is the nail look I wore for Halloween night but I never got around writing a post about it. As you can see, it was just a simple layering of four or five varying red shades. Watercolour Nails featuring Ciate Snow Virgin, Tanya Burr Mini Marshmallows and P.S. Love Beauty Polishes.
essie berry naughty ciate gold digga
This Essie polish in Berry Naughty was my go to shade in autumn, I think I wore this for a straight month. When December rolls around it’s time to get your shimmer out and I opted for the Ciate polish in Gold Digga.
ciate fit for a queen ciate christmas nails
Another gorgeous Ciate polish for the party season is this silver shade called fit for a queen.  And finally, on Christmas week my polish choice got very festive with this Ciate combo featuring boudoir and party shoes.

And that’s it for my 2014 nail journey. What polishes were you loving last year?
